A quiet reservation team for New York

Private Car Service NYC books reserved sedans, SUVs, S-Class cars and Sprinters for hotel, office, residence and airport trips across the New York area, on published hourly floors and a written quote.

What we are

This is a reservation team, not a taxi hail and not an app. You tell us where, when, who and how much luggage; we confirm a vehicle class and a written quote before the car is assigned. The product is the reserved class and the certainty around it: a price agreed in advance, a chauffeur who already has the door or the flight number, and a dispatcher on (646) 814-0667 at any hour if something changes.

We publish four hourly classes and nothing more complicated than that. Sedan $120 all-in, SUV $150 all-in, S-Class starting at $175 and Sprinter starting at $200 per hour, each with a 3-hour minimum. Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in, including gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. There is no flat-fare menu to decode and no surge.

How we work

Everything in writing. The quote names the class, the doors, the time and each extra. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. For S-Class and Sprinter, the booking form confirms the final price.

A class, not a VIN. You reserve a class of vehicle. We do not promise a particular car or a named factory option, and we say so up front.

The flight, not the timetable. For airport work we collect the airline and flight number so dispatch can plan around the actual landing at JFK, LaGuardia or Newark Liberty. At Teterboro we work to the FBO.

Doors, not pins. A Midtown hotel driveway, a walk-up on a bus lane and an office lobby behind a security checkpoint are three different pickups. We ask for the real door so the chauffeur can stage properly.

Discretion by default. Discretion is the point of a private car. The reservation carries what the trip needs and nothing more, and the chauffeur's job is to be on time and unobtrusive.

Where we operate

Pickups run across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, and out to Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and the Hamptons. Regional legs beyond that are quoted as long-distance itineraries.

What we do

Most of the work falls into six formats: airport transportation, corporate transportation for assistants booking executives and roadshows, hourly charter when the car must wait, point-to-point transfers between two known doors, special events such as weddings and galas, and long-distance regional travel. The fleet page sets out what each class carries.

Licensing and who operates your trip

In New York City, for-hire trips are prearranged through licensed bases under the framework published by the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission. Ask which company accepts and dispatches your confirmation, and keep that name with the quote. It is a reasonable question to ask any car service, and a good one will answer it plainly.

What we will not claim

You will not find invented review scores, client lists, award badges or promised drive times on this site. Travel times in New York change with the hour, the weather and the curb rules, and anyone who promises you a fixed clock on the FDR Drive is guessing. We publish the rates, explain how the quote works, and let the written confirmation do the rest.
