The form asks for everything dispatch needs to quote the trip properly. Filling it in completely the first time is the fastest way to a confirmed car.
- Pickup. The exact door: hotel name, office entrance, residential building, airport terminal, or Teterboro FBO. A pin in the middle of a block is not a door.
- Drop-off and stops. Every stop you know about. An unlisted stop becomes an extra on the day.
- Date and time. For departures, the time you want to leave, worked back from the check-in window. For arrivals, the scheduled landing.
- Flight. Airline and flight number for airport trips, or the tail number for private flights.
- Party. Passenger count, every bag, and any child seat, stroller, golf bag or mobility equipment.
- Vehicle class. Sedan, SUV, S-Class or Sprinter. If you are not sure, the fleet page lists capacities.
- Traveler's mobile. The number that will be in the passenger's pocket at the curb, not only the booker's.
What happens next
Dispatch reads the request and sends a written quote. It names the class, the doors, the time and, line by line, any extra stops or overtime. Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in, including gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. Read the quote before you accept. Once accepted, the confirmation is the document to keep. Building security and airport staff may ask who is collecting the passenger, and the confirmation answers that.
On the day, the traveler receives the pickup details. For airport arrivals, the flight number lets dispatch plan around the real landing time. If anything changes, a new flight, an extra passenger, a different door, call (646) 814-0667 straight away rather than replying to an old message.
Which booking fits your trip
A single ride between two known doors is point-to-point. A car that waits through meetings or dinner is hourly charter. Assistants booking repeat legs for executives should look at corporate transportation. Weddings, galas and multi-car movements belong on special events, and regional legs on long-distance. All of them use the same form and the same hourly floors.
Frequently asked questions
What happens after I submit the booking form?
Dispatch reviews the trip and confirms a written quote with the vehicle class, the doors, the time and any extra stops. Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in, including gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. The reservation is set once you accept that quote.
Can I book by phone instead?
Yes. Call (646) 814-0667 at any hour and have the same details ready: pickup, drop-off, date and time, passengers, bags, vehicle class and, for airport trips, the flight.
Is the booking form secure?
The form is a secure reservation system embedded on this page. If it does not load in your browser, open it in a new tab from the link under the form, or call.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Put the traveler’s name and working mobile number on the reservation as the passenger, so the day-of details reach the person at the curb and not only the booker.
How late can I book?
Same-day trips are possible only when a car in the requested class is still available. Groups, Sprinters, child seats and holiday dates fill earlier than a solo sedan.
