What to include
Whichever way you reach us, a complete request gets a quote faster. Give the pickup door and the drop-off door, not just the neighborhood. Add the date and local time, the number of passengers and every bag, and the vehicle class you have in mind: sedan, SUV, S-Class or Sprinter. For airport trips, include the airline, flight number and terminal, or the FBO at Teterboro. If someone other than you is traveling, include their working mobile number.

Booking for someone else
Assistants, hosts and family members book a large share of trips. When you do, put the traveler's name and the mobile number they will actually carry on the reservation, alongside your own contact details. A booker's phone in another time zone does not help a passenger standing at the curb. If the trip is being billed to a company, add the billing note and any reference finance will need, so the receipt matches the passenger and the flight.
