Questions before you book

The short answers to what travelers and assistants ask most often. Anything specific to your trip belongs on the written quote, and dispatch is on (646) 814-0667 at any hour.

Booking

How do I book a car?

Use the booking form on the reservation page or call (646) 814-0667. Provide pickup, drop-off, date, flight number if needed, passenger count, luggage and vehicle class. Dispatch confirms a written quote before the ride.

How far ahead should I reserve?

Reserve once the flight, passenger list and destination are stable. Groups, child-seat requests, Sprinters and holiday dates fill earlier than a solo sedan. Same-day trips are possible only when a vehicle in the requested class is still available.

Is the team available 24/7?

Yes. Reservations can be scheduled any day of the week, including late international arrivals and early departures. Overnight and holiday trips still need complete passenger and timing details.

Can I book on behalf of an executive or a guest?

Yes. Put the traveler’s name and working mobile on the reservation, add any billing notes, and keep the confirmation. Repeat legs for the same traveler are covered on the corporate transportation page.

Rates and the quote

What are the hourly rates?

Sedan $120 all-in, SUV $150 all-in, S-Class starting at $175 and Sprinter starting at $200 per hour, each with a 3-hour minimum.

What does the 3-hour minimum include?

The 3-hour minimum is the shortest billed reservation for every class. Staging, passenger wait and the live trip count against that window on the quote.

What is included in the hourly rate?

Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in, including gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price.

Do you publish flat airport fares?

No. Airport trips are quoted against the same hourly floors and 3-hour minimum as any other reservation.

Airports

Which airports do you cover?

John F. Kennedy International (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), Newark Liberty International (EWR) and Teterboro (TEB). Name the airport, airline and terminal, or the FBO for Teterboro, on the reservation.

How does the chauffeur know if my flight is late?

The airline and flight number on the reservation let dispatch plan around the actual arrival. Ask on the quote when waiting time begins; this site does not publish a fixed grace window.

Where do I meet the car at the airport?

The pickup point is on the confirmation and in the day-of message. Request a meet-and-greet on the reservation if you want to be met inside. Follow marked ground-transportation signs, and ignore anyone in the terminal offering a ride.

Vehicles

Which vehicle should I reserve for luggage?

Choose by passengers and bags, not seat labels alone. A sedan fits 1 to 3 people with light luggage. An SUV is the usual step up for families or multiple large suitcases. A Sprinter is the group and cargo class.

Do you guarantee a specific model?

No. You reserve a class, not a VIN. Ask what substitution procedure applies if the requested class is unavailable.

Can I request a child seat?

Put child seats, strollers and mobility equipment on the form before the car is dispatched, so the class on the quote matches the load.

Do you offer stretch limousines?

Stretch limousines stay on the fleet list for events. They are not a published hourly class; ask for a quote with the date and venue.

On the day

Who operates the trip?

NYC for-hire trips are prearranged through licensed bases. Ask which company accepts and dispatches your confirmation, and keep that name with the quote. The NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission publishes the official licensing framework.

What if my plans change after I book?

Call (646) 814-0667 as soon as anything changes: a new flight, an extra passenger, a different door. Changes are easier to settle before the car is rolling.

Is a reserved car better than Uber Black?

A reserved car is the better fit when you need a quoted hourly rate, a vehicle class chosen before you travel, and a dispatcher who already has the door or flight number. Uber Black can work when you are flexible on wait time and accept demand pricing.
