Most reservations start or end in Manhattan, where the real question is the door: a Midtown hotel driveway, a Hudson Yards lobby, a walk-up on a crosstown bus lane. The FDR Drive and the West Side Highway carry most airport legs north and south. Brooklyn pickups from Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope or Williamsburg lean on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway and the Belt Parkway. Queens is home to both JFK and LaGuardia, so many Queens trips are short airport runs from Long Island City, Astoria or Forest Hills.
The Bronx connects to Manhattan by the Major Deegan and the Harlem River bridges, and to Queens by the Whitestone, Throgs Neck and RFK. Staten Island sits between the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge to Brooklyn and the Goethals and Bayonne bridges to New Jersey, which makes it closer to Newark Liberty than most of the city.
Beyond the city line
Westchester trips run up I-87, I-95 and the Hutchinson River Parkway to White Plains, Yonkers and the river towns. Connecticut pickups in Greenwich and Stamford use I-95 or the Merritt Parkway. Long Island is the Long Island Expressway and the Northern and Southern State parkways, and the Hamptons is the same road continued east to Sunrise and Montauk highways, a trip where an SUV and a planned departure time matter more than usual.
New Jersey starts at the Lincoln and Holland tunnels: Hoboken and Jersey City on the waterfront, Newark Liberty's terminals, and the Teterboro FBOs in Bergen County. Every one of these areas uses the same hourly floors and the same reservation form.
Area questions
Do rates change by borough or suburb?
No. Sedan $120 all-in, SUV $150 all-in, S-Class starting at $175 and Sprinter starting at $200 per hour, each with a 3-hour minimum, apply everywhere on this list. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. For S-Class and Sprinter, the booking form confirms the final price. Geography changes the roads and the tolls.
Can I book a pickup outside New York City?
Yes. Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and the Hamptons use the same form and the same floors. Longer regional legs are quoted as long-distance itineraries.
What if my town is not listed?
Call (646) 814-0667 with the pickup and drop-off doors. The list covers the regular pickup areas, not every town the team can reach.
