How airport reservations work here
Every airport trip on this site is a reserved car with a written quote. You choose the class, name the airport and terminal, and give the airline and flight number. Dispatch uses the flight to plan around the actual landing, and the day-of message tells the traveler where to meet the car. Airport transfers come with flight tracking, meet-and-greet service and luggage assistance, so say on the form whether the traveler wants to be met inside.
Rates do not change by airport. The same four hourly floors apply at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty and Teterboro: sedan $120 all-in, SUV $150 all-in, S-Class starting at $175 and Sprinter starting at $200 per hour, each with a 3-hour minimum. What changes is geography. JFK sits at the end of the Van Wyck and the Belt Parkway. LaGuardia is reached over the RFK or Queensboro bridges. Newark means a Hudson River crossing and its toll. Teterboro is a private-aviation field where the FBO, not a terminal, is the pickup point.
Picking the right airport page
Each airport page covers the terminals or FBOs, the usual approaches from Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Westchester and New Jersey, the class that tends to suit that airport's travelers, and the lines to check on the quote. If you are booking for someone else, send them the relevant page along with the confirmation. It answers most of the questions a traveler asks at the curb.
Before you book
- Airline, flight number and terminal, or FBO and tail number for Teterboro.
- The pickup or drop-off door: hotel, office, residence or building entrance.
- Passenger count, every bag, and any child seat or mobility equipment.
- The traveler's working mobile number, not only the booker's.
- Whether the car needs to stay after the first drop. If it does, book hourly charter.
What the quote should list
Vehicle class, flight, doors, and any extra stops. Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in, including gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. Full rate rules are on the rates page; vehicle capacities are on the fleet page; the service format is on airport transportation.
Book on the reservation page or call (646) 814-0667, any hour.
