Choosing the right format

Every service here is the same product underneath: a reserved vehicle class, a written quote, and the published hourly floors of sedan $120 all-in, SUV $150 all-in, S-Class starting at $175 and Sprinter starting at $200, each with a 3-hour minimum. What changes from one format to the next is what the reservation needs to know, and whether the car waits.

Airport transportation is built around the flight. The reservation carries the airline, flight number and terminal for JFK, LaGuardia and Newark Liberty, or the FBO at Teterboro, so dispatch can plan around the real landing.

Point-to-point is one pickup and one drop, with both doors known in advance. It suits a hotel to dinner, a residence to a train station, an office to a client meeting where nobody needs the car afterward.

Hourly charter keeps the chauffeur with you. Use it when the car must wait through a meeting, a series of showroom appointments or a long dinner, and when the plan may change during the day.

For bookers, planners and hosts

Corporate transportation is for assistants and travel managers booking executives, visitors and roadshows. Put passenger mobile numbers, billing notes and the real meeting times on the reservation, not only an address.

Special events covers weddings, galas and group departures where several vehicles need staging at one venue door. Name the venue entrance and the call times; event nights around Madison Square Garden, Lincoln Center and Barclays Center change the standing rules.

Long-distance legs out along I-95, the New Jersey Turnpike, the Long Island Expressway or I-87 are quoted as their own itinerary, with the same classes and floors.

Before you book

Have the doors, the date and time, the passenger count, the bags and the class ready. Capacities are on the fleet page, the rate rules on rates, and the form on the reservation page. Or call (646) 814-0667, any hour.

Service questions

Do the rates change between services?

No. Airport, point-to-point, hourly, corporate, event and long-distance trips all use the same hourly floors: sedan $120 all-in, SUV $150 all-in, S-Class starting at $175 and Sprinter starting at $200, each with a 3-hour minimum. Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in, including gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price.

What is the difference between point-to-point and hourly charter?

Point-to-point ends at the drop-off door. Hourly charter keeps the car and chauffeur with you for the reserved time, which is the better choice when the car must wait or the plan may change.

Can one reservation combine an airport pickup and a day of meetings?

Yes. Book it as hourly charter starting at the airport, and put the flight number and every stop you know about on the reservation.
